Our return policy allows for 7 days from the date the product was received. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process return requests beyond this timeframe.

Please note we do not accept returns for personalised products. We will also not be liable for items that have been spelt incorrectly when ordering. This responsibility lies with the buyer.

To discuss returning or refunding an item, please email us at . Please make sure to include proof of purchase, customer details, reason for return and images of your product.

Once we have assessed the problem and verified your claim, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with law. Please allow for normal dispatch times indicated on individual items for your replacement to be dispatched.


Rosie Jay Designs does not accept exchanges due to items being personalised and one of a kind. Please read product descriptions before purchase.
