IMPORTANT UPDATE: OCTOBER - DECEMBER 2021 
Please note we are experiencing a high volume in orders due to the Christmas rush. Due to this, some specific items may fall outside our usual processing time for made to order. 

These currently include:
- ALL NSW letter sets
- Star Ornaments
- Pens

Order Processing Times

Ready Made Items

Please allow 2-7 business days for your ready made items to be processed and dispatched. Please note this does not include items that have personalised add ons.

Personalisation Add On

Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for personalisation add ons to be processed before dispatch. If this add on is used for a made to order item, this will already be included in the processing time.

Made to Order

For all made to order items please allow 3-6 weeks for creation and processing. Although we aspire to fulfil your order within 2 weeks, this window varies due to resin curing times and busy periods.

Lost or Missing Parcels

All parcels are sent through Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once we have sent off your parcel. Please note, once the parcel has left us, it is in the hands of Australia Post. If a parcel gets lost or is missing during transportation, this needs to be taken up with Australia Post and is no longer our responsibility. 

If you lodge an enquiry with Australia Post, they may ask you to contact us. Please contact us in this case so we can lodge an enquiry in our end. If the parcel is declared as missing, Australia Post will compensate us for the missing order, and we will replace it for you or send you a full refund.
